    ODR is based on A-Z guarantee claims, chargeback claims, and buyer messages. When you click on your ODR rate, you will see which factors are influencing your ODR. If it is your fault, such as not responding to buyers’ messages on time, try to resolve it on your end; if it is Amazon’s fault, such as late shipment or any other issue, you should contact Amazon.
