    if the customer has made the A to Z claims then you should have contact with the buyer and try to satisfy him/her. If there is some problem in the package or something is missing in the package then you should have to create a new MCF order for that buyer and ask him/her to check this item may be the reason of damaging is from carriers end or another thing our product does not have these faults.
