While launching a product on amazon, I recommend there should be at least 3 campaigns on keywords, one is on those keywords on which there many sponsored ads are already running, the second is mid-range keywords you can get these from helium 10, and the third is on exact match keyword with aggressive bids.Rest it is totally depend on you whether you run a campaign by putting entire keywords sheet or just picking best who fits most.
