Go to the Amazon Seller Central website and log in to your account.
Click on the “Orders” tab to view your order history.
Find the order you want to report and click on the buyer’s name to view their profile.
On the buyer’s profile page, click on the “Contact buyer” button.
Select the reason for your contact as “Report a buyer”.
Provide a detailed description of the issue and any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or emails.
Click “Send email” to submit your report to Amazon.
