    First of collect the evidances that you product is not fake and customer returns the fake item, then contact the buyer and ask them to provide evidence that shows the product they returned was the one you sent them. Ask them to provide photos of the product they returned, and Do safe-T claims for your product and create a case with amazon to handle this situation that your product is not fake just the customer have returned the fake item.
