    You can get the customer’s concerns or problems that they faced either receiving your product or using it in the “Voice of Customer Tab” If they have an issue with you as a seller then they can leave “Feedback” to let you know if your shipping service was bad or you delivered late, etc. Then also they have the option of leaving review for your product.
