We observed on April 5th that Amazon charged our account $23,000 for 10 days of oversized storage fees at a rate of $2300 per day. Despite promptly opening a Case Log, the matter remains unresolved. Multiple employees have informed us that the charges were incurred due to a measurement error on a specific SKU, which was recorded as 37″x37″x37″. However, we can confirm that every single one of our SKUs measures less than 5″x4″x1″. Every 3-4 days, we receive a standard update in the case log stating that the issue is related to storage fees and that it is taking longer than expected. The updates express gratitude for our patience and assure us that the internal team is actively addressing the matter, with a promise to inform us of any updates. At one point, someone mentioned that the internal team was in the process of finalizing the reimbursement, but that statement was made over a month ago, and there has been no resolution since then. We are extremely frustrated with this situation. Has anyone else encountered a similar experience?
