I recently applied for brand registry but mistakenly submitted the wrong image featuring my logo. Upon realizing my error, I clicked on “close this case,” assuming it would result in an instant denial of my application. However, despite the case being closed, my application status remains as “Pending Review” even after a week. I am uncertain if Amazon will proceed with reviewing and making a decision on my application despite the closed case, or if there might be a technical issue. The problem is further exacerbated as I am unable to reapply since the application indicates that my brand name is still under review.
