    Amazon and UPS lost my full pallet of goods. Now Amazon not responding to my issue. What should I do now?

      In the event that Amazon Seller Support is unresponsive, contact the Managing Director by sending an email to managingdirector@amazon.com. If they are unable to assist, you may need to take legal action.
