Amazon lost my item saying they never received it. Can I get them back or not?

    My few products are lost in the Amazon warehouse but Amazon said they didn’t receive the items. I have proof via the inventory ledger. Can I get my products back or not?

      You can ask them to reimburse you for the lost inventory if you have proof (as you mentioned) provide additional proof like your shipment documents, etc. you may or may not get the stock but you can definitely get the reimbursement.
