Amazon creates listings in other marketplaces through Amazon Global Store program so if Amazon uses some restricted keywords in those listings then, can a seller sue amazon?

Note: A seller is one who has registered a trademark on keyword in that specific marketplace

Yes, they can sue Amazon for using a trademarked keyword, albeit, Amazon will be cautious and will avoid doing such stuff, but assuming they do it the seller can sue them.
