I want to know can i chat with amazon online? if yes than is online chat option available for all marketplace or any specific marketplace ?

As far as the information I got, it seems like there used to be a chat box to live chat with the Amazon representative, but they have removed it a while ago, so now the only option is to either go with logging the case and having things sorted via text or you can go with a live call as well.

Yes you can chat with amazon seller support live, through the case log but this is only available in some specific countries in Europe, and there is a specific time in which you can chat with the seller support, while creating the case you will get the option to call or chat, the time will also mention there on which you can chat with amazon.
