  Yes, you can limit that from the backend of the listing but that is only for how much 1 customer can get in 1 order.

  yes, you can limit the number of orders a customer can buy from you by going in the backend of the product listing and finding out the units quantity order, set the limit to 1 and it’ll be set.

  No, you cannot limit your listing so that only one customer buys 1 unit however there is an option in Coupon that one customer will be able to use one coupon only
