Can I upload caption file for listing video?

    I have a listing in USA and now I have uploaded listing video. Is it possible if I upload caption file for captions?

      Yes, it is possible to upload a caption file for the listing video on Amazon. You can upload a SubRip (.srt) or WebVTT (.vtt) caption file for your video by going to the “Manage Videos” section in your Amazon Seller Central account and clicking on “Upload captions”. The caption file should contain time codes and captions in the language(s) of your choice.
