It is against Amazon rules to use someone else’s brand’s images on your detail page. If you are saying that someone else’s brand name is embedded on your product, then you have to get permission from that brand, and if that brand allows you to sell his products, then you can use his images and sell his products.

Using a competitor’s brand name on your listing’s main image without explicit permission from the brand owner is not allowed by Amazon. It is a violation of Amazon’s policies and intellectual property rights. You cannot use the main images of other competitors on your product.

No, you cannot use any other brand’s logo on your account since doing so could give rise to an intellectual property rights claim, which would result in the suspension of your account and a violation of Amazon’s standards.

Using another brand’s image as your main image without permission may infringe on their intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark laws. It is advisable to obtain explicit permission or create your own original images to ensure compliance and avoid legal issues.
