Can liquidation company purchase and then again resell stock on Amazon?

If there is company ABC and purchase liquidated stock from Amazon then can they again resell that stock on Amazon in used condition?

  Yes, they can resell the product in used or even in new condition if they repack the product and apply the labels, etc.
