Customer Never Received Package

    Today I got an email stating that an order was automatically refunded because the customer never received the package. This item is sold through FBA. The email also says my seller account will be adjusted accordingly. Since this is fulfilled by Amazon do I really take the hit on this or am I just misreading this?

      Yes, it happens once in a blue moon that the customer does not receive the package and Amazon will adjust according to the situation.

      Yes as because this was Fulfilled by Amazon so Amazon will adjust the item within your account and will possibly pay you for the missing unit.

      yes, it can happen but it is a rare scenario, since you are doing FBA so delivery is the responsibility of Amazon so Amazon will adjust your account.

      This happens sometimes but there is no need to worry about, since you are doing FBA and the shipment and deliveries are amazon’s responsibility, so if there is anything like that happens, amazon will make adjustments.
