    What if a buyer says they didn’t receive their order?

      While doing FBA it is the responsibility of amazon to deliver the product to the customer and if the customer did not receive its ordered product then amazon is responsible but In FBM you are responsible if a customer did not receive its order.

      When performing FBA, it is Amazon’s responsibility to deliver the product to the consumer, and if the customer did not receive the product they had requested, then Amazon is accountable. However, when performing FBM, you are accountable if a customer did not receive their order.
