Kindly tell the differences when selling on the UK versus the US marketplaces with regard to registration requirements, categories and products requiring approval, and fees?

      Registration requirements:

-> For UK, you have to provide a valid credit card, a phone number, and documents to help you verify your identity (passport, utility bills, bank statements, etc.), and these are required by law for the use of a payment account.
-> For USA, you must provide a valid credit card, a phone number, and complete an online W-9 form (if you are a US taxpayer) or a W-8BEN (if you are a non-US taxpayer).

      Fees:

-> For the UK, you have to pay £25 per month for the professional selling plan, and there is no subscription fee for the individual selling plan, but you have to pay £0.75 fee for each item sold.
-> For the USA, you have to pay $39.99 per month for the professional selling plan, and there is no subscription fee for the individual selling plan, but you have to pay $0.99 fee for each item sold.

If you are going as business sellers, for the USA you have you provide LLC information on the other hand if you are going as business sellers for the UK you have to provide LTD information and you need to be VAT registered by HMRC in the UK. Moreover, company registration time and fees in USA and UK vary.

For the USA, you must supply LLC information if you are acting as a business seller. In contrast, if you are acting as a business seller for the UK, you must submit LTD information and be HMRC-registered for VAT. Additionally, there are differences between the USA and the UK in terms of business registration costs and times.
