I am having 2 brands in my account, Do I need to enroll separately for Transparency program?

  Yes, you have to enroll both brands separately and You have to enroll in the transparency program ASIN vise you can include and exclude as you want.

  Yes you will have to enroll transparency program for both of your brands and you will have to enroll both brands separately.

  If you want to enroll for the Transparency program with two different brands that you own, you must enroll for each brand separately. To take part in the initiative, each brand will require a unique identification number (GTIN) and barcode labels.
  Each brand will require its own Transparency account, which you must also create. You can manage both of your brands from the same account once they have both been enrolled.
