Do I need to refund VAT if I am refunding some of amount to buyer?

    My customer is asking for refund so I am going to give him partial refund instead of complete. So do I need to refund him with VAT or can I just send him partial refund?

      VAT is included in the actual price of the product, so you have to give half price and it will include VAT also.
