Does amazon allow to sell the utility patent product ?

    I heard that always check the design patent of the product before launching, i have confusion if we have utility patent does amazon allow us to launch and sell the product?

      If you own the utility patent for your product then you can surely sell it on Amazon, but if the product you are planning to launch has utility patent then Amazon will not allow you to sell.

      No, you can not sell that product which have active patent in the market, even it has utility patent or design patent.

      No Stella, you cannot sell a product on amazon that have any type of patent. But if you change the design little bit or add some thing in that design then you can justify that your product is different and you can sell that product on amazon.
