  On any order Amazon will be refunding only the referral fee to you, the FBA fee, etc. won’t be refunded back to you.

  No, Amazon will not refund you FBA fee because you are using FBA services to deliver your items to your customers but Amazon will give you a referral fee for that.

  No amazon will not refund the FBA fee because amazon will provide its service to deliver the order and the FBA fee is not refundable.
