I am selling a product that requires Amazon approval, but when I created a listing and sent stock there were no requirements by Amazon is it a policy violation if I continue selling if Amazon does not ask me for any approvals

No, it won’t be a policy violation at all, if they have allowed you to sell the product, or didn’t ask you to get approval then selling it won’t be against Amazon’s policies.

No, it is not a policy violation if Amazon has not asked you for the approval and let you list the product, you can keep selling without any troubles

No, it is not against amazon policy violation. You don’t need to worry about that if amazon allows you to sell the product.

No, it’s totally fine if they haven’t asked you for any sort of approval then you can sell that product without submitting any documentation.
