Patents are products based, they can be product design, working (utility patent), or plant specie based, while the trademark is more word-based, the combination of characters, or your brand name, etc. lastly the copyright can be on the media as songs, digital arts, etc.

Original works, like art, literature, or other works of creation, are protected by a copyright. Using a trademark will safeguard your names, catchy slogans, or logos. New methods, procedures, and material compositions are shielded by a patent (such as medicines).

Patents are for the design and utility of products. On the other hand, trademarks are for the keyword or brand name and copyright for the content, images and videos.
