      PPC is totally experimental you have to optimize it and negate all irrelevant keywords and ASINs and maintain your ACOS under 10 to 15 percent with good number of sales.

      There is only 1 factor that needs to be considered while measuring the success of Amazon PPC, that factor is ACOS, the lower the ACOS the more successful is Amazon PPC.
