How do I activate my Amazon listing when stock is available but the listing is inactive?

I am an Amazon seller and I have stock available for a listing that has gone inactive. I want to reactivate the listing as soon as possible to start making sales again. What steps should I take to do this?

To activate an inactive Amazon listing with available stock, go to “Manage Inventory,” select the inactive listing, and click “Activate listing” from the “Actions” dropdown menu. Confirm the availability of stock and select a quantity to make available. Review the listing details and make any necessary updates before saving the changes.

If your account is new and you have sent the stock to Amazon, after receiving the inventory, you are still facing the issue that your listing is inactive. Then, you have the issue of the bank account or any business information that would be missing from your account information. For this, go to your settings and then click on “Account Info.” Here you will see which info is missing and Amazon is either requiring you to provide the bank account details or your business license, etc. for verification. I have also recently faced this issue, and Amazon is again requiring all the details.

It’s vital to keep in mind that depending on your product category and the reason the listing was deactivated, Amazon may have its own standards and procedures for reactivating a listing. To make sure the listing complies with Amazon’s guidelines, you can get in touch with Amazon Seller Support or modify it. It’s possible that the product details need to be updated.

To activate your Amazon listing when stock is available but the listing is inactive, resolve any listing issues and ensure sufficient stock. This should automatically make the listing active.

If your listing is inactive maybe there is something missing in your listing and maybe your listing is suppressed check your listing to make sure you have all the required attributes then your listing will automatically be active.
