To get permission to use a brand name, you will need to contact the company that owns the brand and request a license or permission to use their trademark. This can typically be done by contacting the company’s legal department or intellectual property (IP) team.

with the mutual consent of both parties, you can get permission to sell. for that, you need to contact the brand via any source you found fit, ask them about the purpose, and provide them with your basic information, and item sheets. if they found reasonable they’ll give you permission.

Well David!! If you want to use the brand name, you can contact the owner of that brand and provide the data as per the filing, after which if you fulfill all the requirements brand owner will give you the brand name. Permits to use otherwise your filing request may be rejected.

You have to write a letter to the brand owner for getting permission.
