How do I handle inventory units that are stuck in “researching” status on Amazon Seller Central?
As an Amazon seller, I recently noticed that some of my inventory units are showing up as “researching” status in my inventory report. I’m not sure what this means or how to handle this situation.

You have to create a case against that issue and talk to them to check and sort the issue if they lost it then they will reimburse you.

If you have inventory units that are stuck in “researching” status on Amazon Seller Central, it means that Amazon is conducting an investigation on those units. There could be several reasons why the units are being investigated, such as a customer complaint or a potential product safety issue.

First of wait for few days, may be the units will found and place in available. the issue persists for more than a few days, you can contact Amazon Seller Support and provide them with the SKU and ASIN of the stuck inventory units. They can investigate the issue and provide you with an update on the status of your inventory. Amazon will investigate the inventory and if the units will found amazon will add that inventory to your stock if not then amazon will pay the payment of that inventory.

When inventory units are stuck in “Researching” status on Amazon, review the item details for errors or missing information. Make necessary updates and save the changes. If the status doesn’t update, contact Amazon Seller Support with SKU/ASIN for assistance.
