      This can result in a review/rating manipulation if you send refund they give 5-star, so for this you can contact Amazon seller support, provide them the evidence that the person is threatening, and hopefully they can sort out this problem of yours.

      The best way is to give refund if the customer has a problem with the product, if he is asking for refund without any reason by giving threat of 1-star review then you need to contact Amazon customer support, provide them proof with screen shot of message sent to you by the buyer and hopefully Amazon support will be able to resolve the issue for you.
