Other sellers or competitors may occasionally choose to engage in dishonest business practices in an effort to get an advantage over you.
      Here are a few examples:
Infringements of copyright or trademark: Your private listing is being used by unlicensed resellers to make quick money.
Listing hijacking: A third party has taken control of your private listing and is profiting from your keywords.
If you see such activities on your listing you can report a seller to amazon through Get help>selling on amazon>other issues> listing abuse>report a violation
Here you can write in details about violation that occurred in your listing but before that you have to collect the data of a seller like
      Product images
      seller id
or other details which help your report or case.

You can easily report any violation if you are a Brand Registered Seller but if you are not then it’ll be a little difficult for you to report a seller. For reporting a seller you can open a case log with Amazon and they’ll probably send you a link to report the violation. Or else you have found the link by yourself from the help section.
