Based on the scenario, how would you prioritize which products to restock on Amazon? What specific metrics or data would you consider when making this decision? Would you prioritize the popular hair oil over the facial cleanser, even though both are selling well, because the hair oil sells out faster? Or would you consider other factors, such as profit margins or seasonality, when making this decision? How would you communicate this decision to your team or stakeholders?

There are different factors based on which products are restocked, like the sales history of your product, your product demand, your product search volume, its seasonality, etc., to prioritize its next shipments.

If you want to restock your SKU and you need to see which one is to be restocked first, then you will consider the product which has high demand, you will check the trends of your product.
