it is simple, Amazon checks the process and then makes the reviews or ratings live, after checking if it is according to Amazon’s policies.

Reviews and ratings reflect automatically when buyers give reviews or ratings sometimes it takes time to reflect but if someone gives a negative review so we can request a review removal request as per Amazon’s policy.

Amazon have some polices and guidelines for posting the reviews and rating every customer when posts the review and rating then amazon monitors all reviews to ensure they meet the company’s guidelines for authenticity, relevance, and helpfulness. Amazon takes product reviews and ratings seriously and works to ensure they are accurate and unbiased to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Amazon uses a variety of methods to ensure that reviews and ratings are accurate and trustworthy. For example, Amazon’s community guidelines prohibit review manipulation, such as incentivizing customers to leave positive reviews or submitting fake reviews. Amazon also employs machine learning algorithms and human moderators to detect and remove fake or abusive reviews.

The process of reviews and ratings is the same for every business model. You can use the “request a review” feature from Amazon and you can also ask your buyers through buyer and seller communication but you have to be careful while asking for the review as it is not allowed for Amazon to directly ask your buyer for posting reviews and the ration of reviews is very low between 5 to 8 organic reviews out of 100 orders.
