  Assuming that you already have a trademark, or you’ve submitted a request through the IP Accelerator program, the entire approval process should take about two weeks. Just make sure you submit everything Amazon needs for your brand the first time around.

  Once you have summited the application for the brand registry according to the requirement that amazon asked for in application, amazon will take about two weeks to approve your brand on amazon.

  well if you have provide all the correct information and data then amazon usually takes 10 to 12 days to register the brand.
