      Definitely, it is very important to understand the suggested bids, and about consideration, it varies from product to product and seller to seller as well, I would personally check the highest end of the spectrum, and lower end, then suggested, going with lower than lowest and put on a placement that takes the final bid higher than the highest to appear top of search to boost sales or to go with placement take makes the bids bit higher than suggested bids.

      Suggested bids don’t always work well. Sometimes, we set the suggested bids but due to competitors’ bids which could be higher than ours results in no impression so it depends on your product as well. If I share my personal opinion then you should go with the lowest bids and apply the placement to get the best result.
