Before start selling on amazon everyone is afraid what if there is live patent on design or anything else, to avoid this you must check if the product is patent or not, to check this you can go to USPTO (United state Patent and Trademark office) website to check the patent, open the website and click on the patent tab and it will show you the dropdown list where there will be the option of “search for patent”, it will take you to the next step and then click on “Quick Search” search for the product you want to check the patent, it will show whether the product have patent or not, and if there is a patent, you can check from the patent file that which design is patent.
