How to contact a buyer to ask what was defective in the product

    I had some refunds saying the product was defective. How can I contact these buyers to ask what was wrong in order to fix that for future sell

      Go to manage orders and click on order detail which is a refund by a buyer and then you see the option of contact buyer as you contact the buyer and ask what was wrong with your product.

      In the manage order you have to first find the order ID of that buyer after that open that order ID there you can see the option for contact with buyer.

      You can ask about the defect through Amazon buyer and seller communication which is the safest way to communicate with the buyer.
      it is also recommended by Amazon that you should communicate through Amazon buyer and seller communication.

      Simply click on order Id of that buyer and there will be an option of contact buyer, click on it and ask whatever you want to ask him.
