You should ask him about the images of damaged products if the images show that the product was really damaged on arrival, you can send him the new one.

Ask your customer to send images of the damaged product if he sends it out the same as your product then he is surely not a scam.

For confirming the claim, you should ask the customer for pictures so that It’ll be clear.

To confirm the damage you must have to contact the buyer and ask him to show the product damaged either in images or in video

You can get the images of the product to identify whether the product is damaged or not.

For this you can simply reply to buyer and ask him to send the images for the product that he received the damaged piece.

Ask for images directly from the customer, in this way you’ll be confirmed about your product quality.

You can ask for images from the buyer to verify wether the buyer is lying or not.

In order to confirm the damage, you must contact the buyer and ask him to show you an image or a video of the affected product. if he/she shows the images then must be not doing any scam.

You can do this by simply replying to the buyer and asking him to supply pictures of the goods that had the damaged component.

You can ask the customer for the images of the product, and still if you think the customer is fraud, you can file a SAFE-T Claim, but you can only file this when amazon has refund the customer and you think this was a fraud.

Unfortunately, there is no way for you completely determine if they’re lying or fraud, so even if you get the images, they may have damaged the product themselves, and blame the courier for it, but you’ll have to give them the refund or replacement.

Ask your customer for the images as proof to know if the product is really damaged, as you cannot confirm if it was damaged on arrival or they broke it themselves, you can simply refund them or send in a replacement
