Clearing your browser cache and cookies to resolve error 403 can help resolve this issue. After clearing them, try to access the storefront page again.

I think it is the HTTP error code. The HTTP error code 403 typically indicates that you don’t have the necessary permissions to access a specific page or resource. You can resolve this issue by clearing the history of the browser, after clearing the history and cache then again try to load it. If it is not solved then by contacting Amazon Seller Support will be the best course of action to receive tailored assistance for your specific situation.

Clearing the cache and cookies on your web browser can assist in resolving error 403. Try to access the storefront page once more after cleaning them.
