Suppose you are an FBA seller on Amazon and have noticed that some of your shipments have been delayed or lost during transit, causing customer complaints and potentially negative feedback. You want to ensure that your shipments are delivered on time and in good condition to maintain your seller metrics and reputation.

How would you ensure that your shipments are delivered on time and in good condition as an FBA seller on Amazon? What tools or strategies would you use to track your shipments and proactively address any issues that may arise during transit? Additionally, how would you handle customer complaints about delayed or lost shipments, and what steps would you take to prevent these issues from occurring in the future?

If you are selling as an FBA seller, then all of your shipments will be handled by Amazon, if your shipments are lost or delayed then the responsibility will be on Amazon and the negative feedback regarding this will not affect your account.
If your shipments are being damaged during shipments then you need to update and upgrade your packaging so that the products do not damage during shipments.

You must update and improve your packaging if your shipments are getting damaged during transit so that the goods are not harmed.
