I am doing FBA but receiving orders on FBM format. Why is that?

    I am doing FBA but receiving orders in FBM format. Why is that?
    Amazon is giving me address to deliver the order but I am selling on FBA so amazon should deliver the orders but they are coming as in undelivered by the seller please help me understand this.

      What may have happened is that your listing got converted from FBA to FBM and you still receiving orders those orders were translated to FBM, you should check that, and also make sure you fulfill these orders with MCF as soon as possible.
