I’m getting bad feedback on using NARF. Is it endangering my account?

    We have been using North American Remote fulfilment (NARF) for a year or so. It’s mostly worked well, though a very very small percentage of overall sales. We have 100% negative feedback on and 100% positive on We have no “wrong product” complaints about this for thousands of USA orders. Is there something inherent about NARF that causes product swaps? Am I in danger of getting suspended from Amazon entirely?

      Henry, If you are using the same US inventory, then you have to call Amazon and resolve your problem. But if you have sent the inventory separately to the CA warehouse, then this might be a labeling issue. Now, you have to create a removal order, label the units, and send them to the warehouse.
