I am unable to check my ACOS for achieved campaign?

    AS an amazon seller I am unable to check the data for the campaign which I have worked on 1 month ago and Now i need that data to check the spend and the return on it. can someone please provide me guidance on it.

      If you’re unable to check your ACoS for your achieved campaign, try these steps:

      1-Confirm campaign is active.
      2-Check your access and permissions.
      3-Verify the date range.
      4-Clear cache or try a different browser.
      5-Contact support for further assistance.

      Have you selected the date range in which your campaigns are active? I don’t know why you are facing this. Other metrics of your campaign are showing or not? or are only you facing the issue of the “ACOS”?

      ACOS is calculated by dividing total advertising spend by total sales generated from advertising. If your campaign did not generate any sales, ACOS may be shown as 0% or unavailable.
