I created a shipment it was never received, what happens to the shipment now ?

    I created a shipment it was never received, what happens to the shipment now ? I got the units on hold, but what will happen to shipment I created?

      If you created the shipment and you never received it then it will be automatically cancelled after 30 days of the shipping date you selected as Amazon must receive units within 30 days of shipment date.

      Amazon must receive shipment within 30 days of the shipment date, if Amazon does not receive units then your shipment will automatically be cancelled.
