I do not have a running campaign but still received advertising cost why?

    Currently, on my amazon seller central account, I do not have any PPC campaign running on the account. But when I received the cost of advertising there is a billing charge of $500, now as I already mentioned I do not have any running campaign on the account so what should I do now?
