I have presented the proof of delivery with a signature, but not enough for A-Z

    We have experienced a significant issue with the Amazon claim team. Despite providing proof of shipment and delivery with buyer’s signature, we have unjustly lost A-Z claims. Even after appealing the decision, the claim team responded by stating that we did not provide sufficient proof of delivery. If providing proof of delivery with a signature is deemed inadequate, we are left questioning what other actions we can take as sellers to protect ourselves.
