      Jacob, you can remove feedback by “requesting removal” of the feedback. For this, go to the Feedback tab, then on the right side of the feedback, you have the option of “Choosing One,” then on the drop-down menu, choose “Request Removal.” . In this way, you can remove the negative feedback.

      The negative feedback can be removed by going to feedback and requesting it be removed.

      First you need to contact to buyer and reuqest him to remove the Feedback but If you are unable to resolve the issue with the buyer, you can request feedback removal from Amazon. To do this, go to the Orders section of your Amazon Seller Central account, locate the order in question, and click on “Request Feedback Removal” under the Feedback column.
      When requesting feedback removal, provide evidence that the order was canceled by the buyer. You can do this by providing a screenshot of the order details showing the cancellation, or any other documentation that supports your claim.
