According to your query, only one keyword is performing in the campaign and that is giving you good sales but other keywords are not giving you any sales, now this will not be good idea to negative those keywords which are not giving you sales, you have to analyze those keywords on amazon and find out on which placement our product is shown, after analyzing all the keywords, you can adjust the bids accordingly or you can also optimize the Placement of the account.

If some keyword is not bringing sale in exact campaign then first you need to check if that keyword is causing you lot of spend or spend is low but not getting order.
If spend is too high then you can pause the keywords and if spend is low then you can give chance by increasing the bids. Adding keywords to negative group is not a good option

You do not need to negative target any keyword in exact campaign. First analyze all the targeted keywords and if some keywords are giving high spend without any order then you should simply pause these high spending keywords to save yourself from overspending.

If the keywords in the exact campaign are not bringing any sales but the cpc is low then you should give them change but if the cpc is high then you can pause them but you should not put them in negative.

If a keyword is not bringing in sales in a specific campaign, you should first determine whether that keyword is causing you a lot of spend or if your spend is low but you are not getting orders. If the spend is too high, you can pause the keywords; if the spend is too low, you can give the keywords a chance by increasing the bids. Adding keywords to a negative group is a bad idea.

their is no need of negative targeting if the keyword is not bringing sale and enjoys only spends than simply pause the keyword.

If a campaign’s specific keywords aren’t generating any sales but have a low cost per click, you should consider changing them; alternatively, if the cost per click is high, you can pause them but shouldn’t put them in the negative.

if your other keywords are not getting enough sales nd only getting spending you can decrease the bids and can pause them instead of negative target them.

If the keywords are giving you only spend not sales. you must put them in negative.
