    I want to create a promotion which only work for specific buyer, and I want to not show the promotion on listing for normal buyers, How do i do that?

      Yes can create a promotion which only work for specific buyer or to send the promotion code for social media or deal website by creating the promotion but make sure you un check the box not to visible on amazon listing page. Save the promotion code and give that code to specific buyer to avail this offer.
