  It can be hijacked but the hijacker will not be able to sell until you do not open your listing

  No one can hijack the listing if it’s already closed because closed listing would not be accessible to anyone.

  Yes, it can be Hijacked but can’t be resold until you open the listing yourself.

  If it is already closed then it will not be hijacked because it will not be shown on amazon and whould not be accessible for the hijackers to reach this listing.
